A Perth man has unwittingly put the South West's marine life on the map with a viral YouTube video.
Scott Murray, 28, was in Bunbury visiting his parents over Christmas and was lucky enough to score a Go Pro camera.
Mr Murray thought he would give the new toy a go and attached it to a crab net off the coast of Busselton and also submerged it in the Leschenault Inlet.
